Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice is issued on behalf of DNS Shuttle Service, Inc. (DNS) and its corporate affiliates operating under the DNS Transport Group brand (referred to collectively in this Privacy Notice as “we,” “us,” “our” and other similar pronouns). DNS is the personal information controller responsible for the personal information you submit at www.dns.com.ph to respond to your selected business or career inquiry. We will not use it for marketing, mailing lists, advertising, sale, or unrelated purposes.

Information and purpose

The form collects your name, email address, selected service, message, and company for business inquiries. Career inquiries need only your contact details and a brief description of the opportunity you are asking about. Required fields are marked *. Providing information is voluntary, but without the required details we cannot process the form. Please do not include government ID numbers, health information, education records, birth dates, financial credentials, or another person's personal information. This form does not accept attachments.

Your choice and lawful use

We ask for your consent before sending your inquiry. Consent covers receiving, reviewing, and replying to that inquiry and directly related follow-up. You may withdraw it by contacting us below; this does not undo processing already lawfully completed. If you withdraw information needed to respond, we may be unable to continue your inquiry. We may also process limited technical information to keep the form secure, based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, subject to your rights. Where required by law, we may retain or disclose specific records to comply with legal obligations or address legal claims.

How the information is handled

The website transmits your message to our email system. Business messages go to info@dns.com.ph; career messages go to hr@dns.com.ph. Access is limited to staff who need the information to handle your request and authorized technical personnel supporting the service. A third-party service provider supplies website and email hosting and processes information needed to deliver those services. Hosting, email routing, and backups may involve systems outside the Philippines; DNS remains accountable for appropriate safeguards. With your consent at submission, DNS Shuttle Service, Inc. may share the contact details and inquiry information needed with MRZ Transpo, Inc., Delta NeoSolutions Inc., and DNS Shuttle Service (Clark), Inc., selecting the company or companies appropriate to the services or career opportunity you requested. These companies may review and respond to your inquiry and directly related follow-up. No separate follow-up consent will be requested for sharing within these named companies for this disclosed purpose. This does not authorize marketing, unrelated use, or sharing with other companies for their own purposes. Sharing outside this scope requires an appropriate lawful basis and additional notice or consent where required.

Cookies and technical information

The form uses an essential session cookie for the human check. The server processes your IP address, request timing, and security-check results to limit spam; the application stores hashed rate-limit identifiers. Hosting systems may also record IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and access times. The supplied website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Automated checks may block suspicious submissions; they do not evaluate applicants or decide eligibility for services. If a check blocks you, contact us directly.

Retention and protection

We keep inquiry correspondence only while needed to answer and close your request and resolve directly related follow-up. We then delete it unless a documented legal obligation or legal claim requires specific records to be retained. We do not retain career inquiries for an unspecified future talent pool. If your request progresses to a contract or formal application, we will explain any additional processing and retention separately. Technical security records expire according to their operational need; expired session data and backups are removed through maintenance and backup rotation. Retained backup copies must remain restricted and cannot be reused for another purpose. Safeguards include HTTPS, authenticated encrypted email submission, restricted access, and server-side validation.

Your rights and privacy contact

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or blocking, object to processing, withdraw consent, and obtain portable data. You may complain to the National Privacy Commission. Send privacy requests to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@dns.com.ph, with the subject “Privacy request,” or write to the Data Protection Officer, DNS Shuttle Service, Inc., RZ Corporate Centre, Lot 10 Capri Access Road, Km 23 West Service Road, Cupang, Muntinlupa City 1771. Career inquiries go to hr@dns.com.ph; privacy requests about those records should go to our Data Protection Officer. We will verify identity proportionately and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfill a request. Do not email identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.

Changes

We will update this notice when processing changes and inform affected individuals before introducing a new purpose, obtaining fresh consent where needed. This notice addresses website inquiries, not a complete employee or customer records program.
